- - If you live outside of the great U.S.A. or Canada, and would like to place a substantial order. Please email support@empireboardgames.com for a quote. We'll see what we can work out.

- - If your item is defective you have 30 days from reception to return the item in it's un-opened state. PLEASE NOTE: We only sell new/sealed games so if your game is missing pieces you will likely need to contact the manufacturer as they require this for customers to keep factory quality under control. We cannot accept returns for opened games. If your game arrives damaged you must return it to us rather than open it, play it a few times and then try to return it. We require you notify us within 3 business days of the shipment being delievered of any damage. Please keep your packaging as well as all packages are insured and UPS will likely come by to inspect the package for the insurance claim
