You are saying that to participate in the contest you need a button that is only available with a purchase hence this is not a free contest and therefore is not legal in all 50 states let alone some other countries. I am not a lawyer but you may want to look up contest rules in all 50 states before you make it open to others. Also if you ship outside the US you need to either restrict this contest to the US or learn about other countries laws regarding contests. I think some countries require you to answer a question before you can win or something. The laws for contests very from place to place and what is legal in say Utah is not legal in Rhode Island.
